Chambers Business Centre was previously known as Vale Mill and initially built as a cotton mill in the 19thcentury when Manchester / Oldham was the cotton capital of the world. In the 1940s the site was bought by Stanley J Holmes and converted into a wallpaper manufacturing facility. At one time over three thousand people were employed on site.
In 2006 the liquidators were called in, and site was purchased by the Cross Group from Burnley. The owners gathered together an experienced management team and Chambers Business Centre started to take shape welcoming its first occupiers in 2008.
The development has progressed unabated through various phases with the final section being opened in 2016. Since opening, the centre has enjoyed very high occupancy levels and we continue to strive to be the best multi-occupancy business centre in the Oldham area and guarantee an active hands on approach to all day to day management, ensuring a very comfortable and stress free working environment.
